INTENSIVE SHORT-TERM DYNAMIC PSYCHOTHERAPY (IS-TDP)

Studying various methods for treating mental health conditions, I searched for what would deliver the most effective and immediate results. Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (IS-TDP) turned out to be superior to any other methods I found. This model requires the therapist to be both emotionally responsive and analytically acute to help patients move from suffering to healing.

I am grateful to have received rigorous training in this model from two gifted therapists, Dr. Patricia Coughlin and Jon Frederickson, MSW as well as the ongoing support of the International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association. IS-TDP integrates the best features from Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Relational Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy.
